Teach Landscape photography:
Learn how to take advantage of the sky, the importance of foreground, the use of people in photographs, the golden hour, capture the movement and reflections, the strength of a point of interest in a photograph, know the weather forecast, and photographic gear (lenses, filters, etc.). All this to achieve balance in a photograph.
The student after the workshop will observe and capture the environment that surrounds him in another way, he will be sensitized to the chose the best frameworks.
Program:
A day shooting with Pedro do Canto Brum.
Theoretical part (12.30h – 13.00h) – presentation of a slideshow.
Practical part (13.00h – 18.30h) – visit to various places to put in practice what it was shown in the slideshow.

– Local – Casa da Cidade, Rua Aristides Mota, 75 in Ponta Delgada;
– Visit – Lagoa do Fogo, Caldeira Velha, Salto do Cabrito and TeaPlantation (depending on weather conditions);
– Duration of the workshop – 6 hours;
– Maximum number of participants in each workshop – 4 persons;
– Cost per participant – 300,00 € (includes a pen with the slideshow);
– Photo gear – photo camera, lens between 24 / 120mm. Tripods available on site.
Some notes about the trainer:
I am a professional photographer in advertising photography, I taught at the Porto Polytechnic Institute, the Portuguese Institute of Photography, and several photography workshops of: Product, Architecture, Studio, Gastronomy and View Camera and various camera demos such as Canon, Hasselblad and Leica.
